If all else fails, B-Schneide can educate you on it. I'm toying (not very seriously) with the idea of opening a waffle stand along the main commuting route to Boeing's plant in Everett. It's at least as good of an idea as bikini baristas, but more tasteful, and there's tons of those up here. I just don't have a lot of interest in being in owning a food-related business.
