That'd be funny! Make sure you take the post card in with you.

All new bikes need a tune-up after a month or so of use. They go through a break-in period where the cables stretch a little bit and the parts seat, so shifting tends to get finicky and some fasteners may loosen up. Nearly all bikeshops include this first tune-up as a free service.

You definitely want to get the tune-up done, even if you don't notice any problems, so they can't claim any in-warranty problems were the result of lack of maintanance.

All they'd need would be a wrench and a crowbar. You'll be good as new in no time!

Yeah, your bike definitely needs a tune-up! If it is still under warranty, why not take it in and see what they say? It would be worth a good laugh, if nothing else.
