AskMen.com has created a three part series on Etiquette of a Gentleman - Being a Gentleman. Or I guess you could look at it as what to expect from a man if you are a lady.
It could be summed up (for those of you who are too gentlemanly already and don’t want to read it) as don’t be a jerk, treat a lady like a lady already, and know your role in society. The last one can be also described as not barking above your pay grade.
