Fixed Timestamps for PHP5 Upgrade

I fixed the displays on the timestamps for across the site to correspond with the new format in PHP5. Hopefully everybody will stop telling me they are wrong.

    next to fix “Fixed Timestamps for PHP5 Upgrade has 1 comments.” How hard is it to say ($num != 1) ? echo “s”;
