The folks, ok Joel, over at Joel on Software have created a jobs board exclusively for software jobs. They think they have a different point of view about how this jobs board should work. Check it out.

    Yeah, its a sexy website. I’ve been going through what they have there, and I like how things are set up. I just wish there were more targeted (read: local) results. ~B
