Two New Small Features

I have added two new features to the Whats.New section of this site. The first is that commentors can now add a URL to their post if they desire, and I will link to their site with that. The second is that the moderator (that’s me) can add a comment that stands out from all the others.

    Here is an example. I’m not too sure about the red border here.

    Ok, that red border was driving me crazy. So I changed it to dashed and the same color of the other borders. Let’s see how it works.
