After taking the last four (4) years off from running (I used to do cross country and track in high school), I have decided to start running again. So I actually went running last night. It didn’t help that it was the hottest day of the year, but eh. So now the entertaining task of getting back in shape. My current running plan will be 15 minutes three times a week for the next two or three weeks. I will add days as I can after that. I am also planning on riding my bike to school four days a week.
I have not decided if I will start racing again or if I will just run to feel better. I guess that will depend on me and my motivation.
